Liposuction

Liposuction

Liposuction is for women and men who have pockets of fat in their body that they cannot lose, in spite of their best efforts of exercising and dieting. Liposuction aims to improve the appearance of these areas. The traditional Liposuction, utilizing a formula fluid, which helps dissolve parts of the fat and facilitates easy removal through the cannula, is called Tumescent Liposuction. In some parts of the body, Ultrasonic Assisted Liposuction helps remove larger volumes of fat with less bruising and less fluid and blood loss.

A tight garment (similar to Spandex) needs to be worn for two to four weeks following Liposuction to reduce swelling. The incisions are very small and are placed in strategic locations to hide the resultant scar. Scars, for the most part, are less than 1 cm. in size. Although the Liposuction surgical procedure is not a means to reduce weight, it helps contour by removing fat bulges.

A new ultrasonic Vaser Technology is used for better contouring with reduced blood loss and post operative pain.
